Ladies, time to get in shape while learning to kick some butt in style. Aerobics and kickboxing instructor, and runway model, Taylor Beck brings us Kick Boxing in High Heels.

This heart pumping total body workout will enable you to learn the basics of kick boxing from jabs, uppercuts, cross and hooks to kicks, sidekicks and squat kicks while wearing your favorite pair of high heels. After the cardio workout, our instructor moves on to floor work and focus on isolated toning exercises for abs, glutes and legs.

Taylor combines these punches and kicks in an easy-to-follow routine benefiting all fitness levels in this 2-episode exercise.

About the Instructor

Born on December 29, 1987, Taylor grew up in Tucson Arizona but her family is originally from San Francisco CA. She has a brother, 3 sisters and 6 stepsiblings.

Taylor played sports all her life including softball, soccer, ice-skating, cheerleading yoga and kickboxing. She did kickboxing for 6 yrs and loved the rush she gets from it. By senior year in high school, Taylor started her modeling career and moved to Hawaii after graduation. While living in Hawaii, she quickly signed with a modeling agency.

Her workouts with kickboxing and yoga paid off as Taylor began to see definition in her legs, especially while wearing heels during her modeling jobs. She then ended up wearing heels up hill on treadmills to break them in for a runway show. This is how Taylor discovered the benefits of working out in heels.

Taylor started her own workout classes 'High Heel Aerobics Body by Beck.' 'It's fun, it's different and challenging...' She now lives in Tampa FL teaching kickboxing as well as kickboxing in heels/ high heel aerobics.
