Lingerie Zahia Dehar Paris Show

Coming out in one of her own lingerie creations, no doubt, designer Zahia Dehar walked the runway herself with a bouquet of white roses and a bride’s veil for her Zahia Couture fashion show for Paris Fashion Week.

Her second lingerie collection featured models popping out of giant cupcakes, and one picture even seems to suggest that one emerged from a refrigerator. But the grand finale was Zahia herself, dressed as the hottest bride ever, stepping out of a doll box. At least she seems to have a sense of humor.

The lingerie designer has a distinct vision for how best to present her designs to her prospective customers and existing clientele and that’s with cupcakes as props – that her models emerged from – and pasties for modesty…

Other designs were fairly “modest” as well in their appeal with fluffy thongs (and we’re not talking those you wear on your feet for any Australians reading…) and perhaps a matching shrug over the shoulders, while others carried a fluffy carry bag donning little else…

For a little more coverage, Zahia does offer a pink ballerina style number complete with pleated tutu and a strapless pink gown with roses, not very unlike a cupcake…

Zahia Dehar definitely went for the Performance Art appeal in presenting her fashion show; with other props being bright red aluminum heart balloons while the models in things like heart g-strings presented her red lingerie collection that defies words.

But Valentine’s Day definitely comes to mind after seeing this collection for you romantics out there who perhaps want to win the heart of a special someone…
