Male model Andrej Pejic is the face for new push-up bra!
The 20-year old Australian-raised Bosnian has made 2011 his breakout year, following a headline-grabbing catwalk appearance in bridalwear for Jean-Paul Gaultier and a meeting with the Queen in October.
He´s also attracted plenty of attention for the wrong reasons, raising the ire of nutritionists for admitting he lives in a state of semi-starvation.
He made FHM´s Sexiest Women of 2011 list, where the lads´ mag got itself into trouble for adding the subtext "Pass the sick bucket" to his write-off.
That comment was in reference to FHM claiming Pejic one day hoped to model for Victoria´s Secret and the fact that he "might have a hard time keeping it a secret".
Well, he´s halfway there.
This week, Pejic appeared in an advertising campaign for Dutch fashion chain HEMA, where he disporves any doubt whatsoever that men probably shouldn´t model womens´ lingerie.
The product is HEMA´s Mega Push-Up Bra, which HEMA claims to add "two cups" to your bra size.
Given Pejic has no bra size, it´s hard to argue with.
"It´s revolutionary," Pejic´s agent Joseph Tenni told fashion blog frockwriter.
"I´ve never known a man to do a womens´ lingerie campaign before."
